"John is such a fantastic realtor, we’ve used him three times! In 2013, John helped us find our first home. He was great at showing us houses and letting us come to our own conclusions first, and then pointing out the things he saw that were good, bad, as well as ways we could increase their value. He never tried to sell us on a house we didn’t like or was outside of our comfortable budget. We found our perfect starter home in a great neighborhood, with a lot of potential for increasing our value on the lower end of our budget. Six years later in 2019, we were able to list our starter home with John. He was fantastic at working with our crazy schedule (even when we needed to meet late in the day on a weekend). Our house had indeed increased in value by 20% as we had made several changes as recommended by John, and it sold in just over 24 hours. We also used him to find our “forever” home, in the midst of selling our starter home. He was great at answering questions regardless of the time of day, squeezing in showings when they worked for our schedules, and keeping us appraised of both situations as he was aware. We even had an issue that came up after closing, and John was able to help us resolve it quickly. We can’t recommend him enough."
